At the end of his presidency in 1988, Ronald Reagan (born February 6, 1911) was the oldest man ever to hold the office of the President of the United States!. He was the oldest man elected, at the age of 69 when he was elected to his first term, and ended his presidency a few months before his 78th birthday!.

If McCain is elected, he will be the oldest President!.

Ronald Reagan was the oldest man to ever to be elected to the office and the oldest man to retire from it!. If McCain is elected, he will be the oldest elected!.

There is a lot of concern even among senior citizens over McCain's age and health issues!. It wouldn't have been that important if he'd selected a better running mate, but he didn't!.
