Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: the accomplishments of the greeks are so plentiful that people don't realize that without them we wouldn't have so many things!. Such as our modern language, our buildings(arches, pediments, freises,etc), lots of philosphy, math (pathagorean theory), values such as arete, and a whole study about the Greeks!.
