Raw materials (believe it or not, WOOD was the first real "cash crop" from the New World it build most of the British Navy for decades after the first settlements were established)

Discovery of new foods and medicines!.

Contrary to what many will answer your post with, The Indian greeted the whites just so long as we supplied them with war materials, and allies to kill their OWN "brother Indians"!. The Europeans did not defeat the Incas and Aztecs, the Other Indians did, then allowed the Spanish to take control!. In the north, the French and British supplied Indians with war material and allies, and the massacres were never-ending!.

There were really no "cons" for the colonizers in the North American theatre expert the Spanish!. It cause many of their wars in Europe, which finally destroyed their empire and drove them into poverty!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
