Question: Western civilizations help!?

Consider the causes of the French Revolution and future political unrest in Paris!. While we often assume that changes in government or social institutions have been made primarily by political leaders and authority figures, what are alternative explanation of the forces at work to promote change!?

so i have to write a paper, but im not sure what else could promote change!.!.!.!.i was thinking economic reasons!.

any help at all would be great!

Legal permitted abuse of human rights by means of
"Finance over Human Decency" Like housing and bills,
misuse of power protected by the laws and bills!.
Misunderstanding and protection of criminal activity by both the law and unlawful citizens!.
Forced "civilization against a groups' will for the sake of change and Begin of the supposed "One to rule the many"!.
