When you talk about the Holocaust, generally you talk about the over 6 million Jewish people who were killed!. That's such a large number that most people can't honestly comprehend what it means!. Anne Frank's Diary gives us a direct human connection to this horrible tragedy!. It's a slap in the face to hear it from someone who experienced it, rather than a textbook!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Historical significance is it tells the story of a horrible part of history so others can learn from it by knowing how horrible is was for one person and her family!.

Cultural significance is that we should respect all cultures!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Anne Frank's Diary provides us with a window that shows us what it was like to be forced to hide during the time of the Holocaust!. It serves as an excellent primary resource for studying that time period!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
