Question: Siete Partidas - what does it say about slavery!?
A few seem to say that Las Siete Partidas is basically in disagreement of any slavery and had rules against it!.!.!.!. yet other courses say that slavery was "ntrenched" in these bodies of law!.

Is it possible to find a copy of the actual Siete Partidas anywhere!? or does anyone know more about it!?

I think it says something against slavery of christians!.!.!. but I am interested in whether there were rules regarding enslavement of africans or amerindians written in this book!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

The fourth partida consists of 27 articles comprising 256 laws!. Its subject is family law, as well as other permanent relationships between people, other than matrimony and biological kinship!.
