It should be "Do Americans Ruin the world!?!?

They don't run the world, they just ruin it!
They have nothing to offer the world!. They just consume everything!. They buy all the raw resources from other countries and sell it back as finished garbage!. If the world decides to stop selling their raw resources the US would be screwed!
