Question: What if the Europeans never came to the region never came to the in the World that we now call the Americas!?

Native American Indians dominated North America!. It's estimated there were 30 million Indians living in what eventually became USA, before European explorers arrived!. A significant number of Native American Indians died from smallpox and other viruses that the Europeans carried in their system, but were immune against the deceases!. If Europeans never arrived, that 30 million would probably increase to double its size!. But then again, the Indians were always having their tribal wars against each other, so it's possible their numbers would never increase due to tribal in-fighting among each tribe!. I believe that quite a time before Europeans visited the Americas the Vikings had made some "sorties" there!.
So, if thats correct, its quite possible the vikings would eventually have settled!.
