1!. Well in reality, the battle of princeton was a direct result of Thomas Jefferson's declaration of Independence and every American's belief of having their own political system and laws separate from the Motherland!. The other reason would have been simply that the English advance aimed at re-capturing the colonies and imposing their rule!. American forces were willing to defend their freedom from Great Britain and in doing so had to make a stand at Princeton as with many other areas!.

2!. Important points should include the number of infantry on both sides, with cannons!. Alliances between the two countries and significant events that took place leading to the conflict!. What both sides aimed to achieve as well as why and where the fight took place!.

Then you should describe exactly what happened from information you have gathered and then conclude the battle!. Who was victorious!? Why!? What was the result of the triumph!? How did it contribute to the American offensive!? Was it extremely decisive in American point of view or just a minor defeat for the English!? Try to comment on both sides opinions!.
