There are a number theories for this and some have to do with personal convictions, others are more generalizable still others I'm not comfortable going into; however I will describe that there is an overall detachment from standardization, especially as you approach Dublin!. There are some similarities which I can't deny nor will I attempt to disprove this notion!.
