An Abundance of land shaped the Europeans settling in North America and generated the first set of distinctly American traditions for the Europeans living there!.
2!. Many historians have felt the English by 1763 proved themselves to be an adaptable people, which explains their success in settling North America and expanding their numbers!. But the truth is that they were absolutely rigid in their European customs and would not budge one iota from their English inheritance!. The result was that they imposed their civilization on North America and destroyed anything that did not accord with their ideas!. How valid is this generalization!?
3!.Compare and contrast the domestic policies of Thomas Jefferson with Alexander Hamilton!. Which individual had ideas better suited for the society of 1790s America!? Which individual had the better economic and social vision for what America should become!?
