Whereas the European powers created colonial empires that were spread all over the world and largely inhabited by their indigenous populations, the United States, like Russia, had the advantage of creating a colonial empire that simply spread out from its original territory, and of either replacing the existing population or assimilating them!. This has meant that, instead of having their colonial empire stripped away from them like the other Western powers, the United States has instead managed to incorporate its empire as an equal part of their nation (basically, as all the states west of the Mississippi)!. The United States (and to a lesser degree, Russia) were therefore pretty much unique from the end of the Second World War until about ten or fifteen years ago (when China and India started to industrialise) in having both an advanced, well-developed industrial infrastructure, and the plentiful natural resources to fuel that industry!. (This is why the United States and Russia were the two great powers who were able to be so dominant during the Cold War!.) Additionally, the United States is one of the most fertile areas in the world and has a fairly low population density, which makes it one of the few places able to easily produce an excess of food (keeping food prices very cheap)!. Plus, there's much less business regulation in the United States than in other industrialised countries, which makes hard times (like we're currently undergoing) harder on most of the population, but also makes the country more attractive to investors and encourages business growth!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

because they develop their country system that way after the war and because of banking system was better in the past the whole world still believes so, it's a reputation built up from the past and i guess it will always be!. good or bad reputation will always remain and becomes part of history, as you can see through the english history though they've been plundering the whole world and due to that they became rich, people today just ignore and accept the things the way they are same with the US about economyWww@QuestionHome@Com
