women did all the **** that men should have been doing because they went off to get themselves killed hahahaWww@QuestionHome@Com

Well it had a major impact on women because with all of the men gone to fight the women were the ones who had to take over the jobs that men typically did!. So women were able to show how they are able to uphold the same responsibilities as men!. I believe (but don't hold me to it) that some women went to war but disguised themselves as men!.
The war contributed to the growing national spirit and culture because it was a war with to say, brother fighting brother!. It wasn't like the current war in Iraq!. It was America v!.s!. American!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
