i cant find anything on this question, i looked everywhere!. if u know who he appointed- if anyone- can u please explain or give a website that has information about it!? if not, at least give the name please!. =D tank you!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Well, Here's a start, the first cabinet list from Monticello!.

The second cabinet is much the same, with the exceptions shown in the second link!. This link is from InfoPlease!. The abbreviation "Cont" indicates that the officer was in the post from the Adams administration!. This is particularly unusual considering the animosity between Adams and Jefferson!. The only one that seemed to make sense was with the Navy Secretary, the Navy, and the Navy Department were created by the Adams administration, so their first Secretary would be particularly important to the transition!.

You might want to prowl around the Monticello site, it's fascinating, the people responsible for the Monticello sites and the Mt!. Vernon sites have all done an exceptional job!. See if you can find out who Jefferson appointed as his personal Secretary while Mr!. Lewis was elsewhere occupied, somewhere in the west I think!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
