It's Gibson girl!. There was an artist named Charles Dana Gibson in the late 1890s - early 1900s who drew an image of a good looking woman to illustrate his stories!.
When styles changed around WWI she lost her popularity!.

BTW, this artist was an uncle of Charlie Gibson who does ABC news!.

The smallest girls were about 5'11", 150 lbs!. with 15" waists, due to the tight S-line corsets they wore!.
