It depends, some states are better off being dominated by others and some should be left alone!.

Three things that could be wrong
-The people being dominated could lose rights!.
-The state being dominated could be exploited!.
-It could lead to war between different nations!.

Three things that could be good
-The people could actually gain rights depending on the which country is taking over and the situation in the state before being taken over!.
-Being incorporated into a more powerful state could result in a better economy!.
