Position:Home>History> What was the style for ancient Egyptian Queens as far as makeup and clothing?

Question:

I'm doing a project with two of my friends and we are dressing up as Cleopatra, Nefertiti, and Hatshepsut!. I don't necessarily need just THEIR styles, but I need to know some "Egyptian Queen Style" information to present with our costumes to teach the class what their styles were, how they applied makeup and what it was made of, how they made clothing, what their favorite styles and colors were, just pretty much anything about their appearance!. Give me some links and I will be a happy camper!. =]

I know they used kohl for that dark appearance around their eyes!. They bathed in mud from the flooded Nile river!. The also wore francencense and myrrh!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
