Some of the grave sites no one will ever know for sure due to speculation and opinions!. There is no record of any DNA tests ever being performed as far as I know!.

Mary Ann Nichols and Catherine Eddows were buried in the City of London Cemetery at Manor Park!.
Elizabeth Stride was buried at East London Cemetery!.
Mary Jane Kelly was buried at St!. Patricks Roman Catholic Cemetery!.
Annie Chapman was buried at Manor Park Cemetery, not to be confused with the City of London Cemetery at Manor Park!.

First of all no-one knows how many victims there were, estimates vary between 4 and nine, these are generally accepted as the five known victims:

Mary Ann (Polly) Nichols, murdered Friday, August 31, 1888!.
Annie Chapman, murdered Saturday, September 8, 1888!.
Elizabeth Stride, murdered Sunday, September 30, 1888!.
Catharine Eddowes, also murdered that same date!.
Mary Jane (Marie Jeanette) Kelly, murdered Friday, November 9, 1888!.

The case was officially closed in 1892 and most of the police files were destroyed in the blitz!.

The known victims would have undoubtedly been buried in unmarked paupers graves, even if they were known, there would be no point in taking DNA samples as there are no other samples available to compare them with!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
