!.!.!. well at least you want to read!.

Vampires are fictional creatures that don't actually exist so as far as what they can and can't do - the writer chooses those things!.

I think one of the best takes on a vampire book is
'lost souls' by Poppy Z Brite!. He vampires are non traditional and second generation and a lot more interesting than the normal rules given to a vampire in a book like not getting older once made a vampire, sleeping during the day and drinking blood!. Not much more to it than that!.

You would probably like it, plus its very short for a novel!.

Anne Rice writes vampire books but I doubt you would last more than 10 pages as she waffles on a lot and can be quite boring in parts!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

It is important to understand the background behind vampirism!. The truth is that humans are omnivores; we'll eat just about anything we can fit into our mouths!. Many people insist they are natural born meat-eaters, but the truth is that after you've killed, sliced and bled the beast, frozen its meat in a freezer before, during and after transportation, you thaw it out, throw it on a blazing grill and expect the meat to give you some kind of non-colon-cancerous nutritional benefit!. Some people are aware that the highest concentration of minerals and vitamins are actually in the living blood of the very animals we slaughter for meat, so why doesn't anyone drink the blood!? Quite simply because of FDA restrictions and cultural ignorance!.

The next best alternative to blood drinking is living the raw, organic, vegan lifestyle because it is a pure way of sustaining life within your body!. A two-ounce wheatgrass shot contains the same amount of chlorophyll as two pounds of green vegetables! Chlorophyll is the closest natural green, living and growing thing - to your blood!. Chlorophyll is plant blood that helps reduce the acidity caused by salt, sugar and low quality ingredients (i!.e!. white flour and words that are difficult to pronounce let alone spell) in most fast and processed foods that contribute to the reduction in our health!.
