Ignore the cretins!.
According to the play, Casca says 'Speak, hands for me!' when Caesar rejects his request!. The stage direction that follows is 'They stab Caesar'!. Caesar then says 'Et tu Brute!?' Which means 'You TOO, Brutus,' meaning that Brutus was not the first!.
