Because Edwards wife is ill or recovering from cancer!.It is the height of neglect to be unfaithful or leave a sick spouse especially if there is a chance of being cured!.And not keeping control of yourself under such circumstances!.We would feel the same if it were reversed and he was running for office!. I'm going to guess because he repeatedly lied about it!. And because he continues to misrepresent the outcome of that episode, and "miraculously" how he wasn't aware that she is being paid 15,000 a month by his staff, and, miraculously, how she "refuses" to get a DNA test about the parentage of her child, and on and on and on!.!.!.

The Republicans really love to play up any mistakes made by Democrats and downplay any mistakes made by fellow Republicans!. I personally find it distasteful!. If what a person does behind closed doors is not effecting "we the people" why should it be made public!?Www@QuestionHome@Com
