There might be more islands discovered in the future that don't exist right now, islands have always been appearing and disappearing throughout history!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

Satellites have taken pictures of every corner of the land above water, we can still discover tribes hiding in extremely remote corners (mostly in jungles where satellites cannot pick them up) but I'm afraid we have found all the lands!. Under water however is still very much a terra incognita and there's plenty of things to discover!. Or under the earth, where we are still finding new things, volcano chambers, faults, petrol!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

definitely, we're absolutely advanced enough to know all of the land on the planet!. like someone else said, with satellites and everything there's no way we could have missed any land mass there is to find!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
