Question: How was life like in the medieval times!?
Best Answer - Chosen by Asker:
no serious medicines like today, no toilets, no toilet paper, no hot and cold running water, no showers in the homes, People had baths every several months perhaps, books were virtually unavailable, few people could read or write!.!.!.

on the other hand, there were no wierd chemicals, preservatives, artificial colours, apetite enhancing chemicals, or nasty invasion of privacy like video cameras everywhere, no ozone layer problems, no air-pollution smog like nowadays, no rampant acid-rain or toxic sludge, no dangerous pesticide residues on foods, and food was food, instead of "Edible Food-Like Substances" as many are these days!. (check your ice-cream ingredients for one example, see how many and how much gums and goos in it instead of just cream and natural fruits for flavour)Www@QuestionHome@Com
