Best Answer - Chosen by Asker:
Lenin lived in London, studied the works of Karl Marx!. He was given opportunity to go back to Russia and help to over throw the Czar (the Germans needed him to spark a revolt in Russia so that they could end a two front war and focus on driving the French and British back into the sea!. He went to Russia, preaching a message of hope through land and wealth redistribution!. Lenin lead the revolt!.

Trotsky was number two in the line of succession in Lenin's Russia!.

Karl Marx: a philosopher living in London, explored and wrote of the idea of a commune style government!. A government in which all citizens are of equal status and all work in harmony for the betterment of all!.

Pravda: IDK

Five Year Plan: IDK - I'm at work and there are too many distractions to really think clearly!. Sorry!.

Rasputin: a "monk" of questionable reputation with great influence with the Czar's wife!. Despised by the upper echelon, they assassinated him!.

Stalin: was actually third in line of succession in Lenin's Communist Russia!. When Lenin took ill, Stalin plotted to take over!. Had Trotsky assassinated!. Stalin ruled Russia with an iron and paranoid fist!.

Czar Nicholas, the last ruling royalty of Russia was assassinated along with his entire family on Lenin's word!. Had gone to war against Germany, pulling his troops out of the farm fields leaving no one to harvest the crops to feed the nation for years on end!. The people grew tired and were hungry and poor!. They needed a message of hope and change!. That message came by way of Lenin!.

Bolshevik Revolution: At the same time as Lenin was preaching revolt, so to were those of the Bolsheviks!. The Bolsheviks over threw the Czar and Lenin over threw the Bolsheviks!.

Communism: See Karl Marx

Socialism: Playing hand in hand with communism, socialism is a means of government control by which everyone becomes dependent upon the government to provide for their every need!. Much like living in an apartment complex, everything is taken care of for you: the lawn, basic maintenance, etc!.!. Soon, those living there forget how to do for and fend for themselves!. They pay their monthly rent and hope that it doesn't get raised too much from one year to the next, out pacing their pay checks!. When it does at last out pace that check, they are forced to move to a less expensive apartment OR, actually buy a house outright!. Buying is usually the wiser financial move, but in doing so, they find themselves quickly overwhelmed by how litle they know about all of the maintenance that was done for them when they were apartment dwellers!.

Capitalism: a market system where the consumer determines the cost of a given product or service!. The producer/marketer knows what it actually cost to provide and then tries to add a litle to that cost so as to make a profit!. In its purest form, there are no government regulations and the market determines everything!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
