By Dday, USSR had reestablished its industrialization and had access to natural resources that were far greater than Germany could even wish for!. They were rolling towards Berlin, and it was merely a matter of time!. Without lend/lease, the reestablishment of its industrial base would have been very difficult (if not impossible)!.Www@QuestionHome@Com If the USA had not been supplying GB and the USSR with the Lend/Lease program, both nations would have probably fallen!. The USA supplied both nations with at least 40% of their war materials!. As for the second front, which one are you implying!? If you are talking the one after the D-day invasion yes as the USSR had already beaten Germany out of the USSR and was chasing them back to Berlin!. If you want to talk about the North African Campaign or the Campaign into the Mederterainan Nations then maybe!. GB fought Germany hard in North Africa, causing Hitler to divert precious resources from his attack on the Soviets had he left these assests in place then it would be possible the USSR would have fallen!. also Germany had to help Italy out numerous times since Italy has a horrible military!.Www@QuestionHome@Com Without lend-lease, it would have been very difficult!. The equipment wasn't the important bit - Soviet tanks, trucks, and aircraft were better suited to the Soviet Union than US & UK machines; the important part was the food!. The Germans had overrun much of the USSR's farmland, so I think they would have struggled without American spam etc!. As to the second front - yes, if they had lend-lease then France, Italy, Germany and possibly Spain would be People's Democratic Republics!. Without Lend-lease, no - the USSR would probably begin at the Volga, or the Urals and Europe would still be occupied!.
