There can no longer be a great leader with the same qualities as everyone has a different idea what those qualities are!. Some say a strong determined type, others want a compassionate honest loving person!. There are so many characteristics that could be included!. As for me there are four that should be be in all great leaders!. One is intellegence and the others are determination, compassion and honesty!.

Like they say beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and it seems so is leadership considering out choices for prez!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
