According to the VMI website, it's Thomas Jonathan Jackson!. This is also the middle name US Civil War Generals gives for Jackson!. Same for US Civil War Center's page of the burial places of Civil War generals!. Shotgun's Home of the American Civil War lists Jonathan in it's bio of Jackson!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
