The "slogan" is a biblical one, "Bein N'Har Prat Un'Har Chidekel", actually translates to Between The Tigris and Euphrates!.

1!. A son of Shem and a grandson of Noah!. He is known traditionally to be the ancestor of the tribe who settled in Aramaea, to the north-east of the Holy Land, in modern-day Syria!. Laban was described as an Aramaean as he lived between the Tigris and Euphrates rivers in Charan, in Aram Naharayim!. For this reason, it is likely that Jacob is referred to as a 'homeless Aramaean' in Deuteronomy 26:5!.
2!. A son of Kemuel and grandson of Nachor, brother of Abraham!. He may have been the ancestor of a second tribe of Aramaeans!. Alternatively, Kemuel may have been the leader (aviof the Aramaeans (Genesis 22)!.
3!. The home town of Balak (Numbers 23:7)!.
AND
Greater Israel (also Complete Land of Israel, Hebrew: ??? ????? ??????, Eretz Yisrael Hashlemah is a modern term for the land given to Abraham's descendants by God, according to Genesis 15:18-21
On that day, God made a covenant with Abram, saying: "To your descendants I have given this land, from the river of Egypt as far as the great river the Euphrates!. The land of the Kenites, Kenizites, Kadmonites; the Hittites, Perizzites, Refaim; the Amorites, Canaanites, Girgashites and Yevusites!."

It's from Nile to Euphrates (Euphrates was the fourth river in Genesis)!. This was the land Yahweh promised the Jews!. He promised he would help them conquer it but they didn't even try, faithless people that they were!. This is pretty much the fertile crescent: from Israel all the way up to Iran (source of the Euphrates)!.
In the modern history of Israel, they had the dream of "Greater Israel" where they would conquer the Sinai desert, the south of Lebanon with the Litani river as border, the Aqaba region (seaport) of Jordan!. Of course, because the Israelis were weak and divided, this dream never was realized and they have abandoned it!.
