Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: most of us the three names, but are usually just referred to by the first and last, I've always wondered why they use all three names for infamous people to, it doesn't seem to make much sence!. Perhaps when they are caught and processed by the police the name is given to the media as written on the processing forms, and as those forms are offical they use the whole name!.
