Question: History of 'Swing tags'!?

I need help finding the histroy of swing tags (or the tags that an off clothing and accessories)!.
can anyone help!?

This is the best I could find!. Hard question!.!.!.why do you need to know this!?! My advice is to connect the swing tag history with the fashion history!. When the first fashion shops where opened, that's when tags appeared!. Plus, you can make an image evolution, on some brands (like Dior etc)!.
