thutmoses III was 1479 to1425 (eighteenth dynasty)
1628 was during the thirteenth dynasty which ran from 1794 to 1648 with about 50 kings
some historians date Thera to 1648 which was the sixteenth dynasty (Hyksos vassals) running parallel to the fifteenth dynasty, also the seventeenth dynasty which was only in Thebes and which had 15 kings between 1645 and 1550!.
