if it is real, (and it's unlikley that it is), then it is quite valuable, as it would be a misprint, but as the US Mint has many procedures to ensure that misprints never get into circulation!. If it is real then it would be of great intrest to a collector and the value would depend on the condition!. if not it is worthless!. It would be a good idea to get it appraised by several collectors to be sure!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

As rare as the novelty shop that printed it!.
The paper used for making our dollars is about 79% cotton fiber and the rest is paper!. When it rolls off of the presses it is actually more like crisp linen!

There are other fine grades of paper made similar to this process, they just have slightly different percentages of the above in the mix!. Roll this thru the press or copier and you have the "flea market bill" in which you speak of!.

If a sheet fails to enter the printing press, the inked plates will transfer their image to the impression cylinder!. The next 6 or 7 sheets will receive the impression from the cylinder while the other side of the note is being printed!. The result is an offset printing in reverse on the already printed side!. If it is genuine, it's extremely rare!. Dollars like that are usually destroyed at the mint!.
