Alexander the great wrote a will according to the history!. He wrote his wish that his body after death should be taken to the burial ground with his hands wide open!. why!? He wanted to show the world that he was not taking anything with him eventhough he conquered most of the world!.

i don't understand the words ''if you are honest, die with your hands open''!.!.!. you mean the persons who are wealthy and did not do anything to the people and for those who earned and earning money several ways!.!. i hope this is what you meant!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Around 30 years ago, I read the following item, about psychology, in "Science Digest" or some other magazine:

According to the article, when a person shows the palm of his or her hand to another person, even if for only a very brief glimpse, that indicates he or she has a feeling of honesty or candidness toward that person!.

It seems to me that some politicians have been told of that, and that they deliberately
hold up their hands, with the palms showing, when getting their pictures taken!. George W!. Bush has been shown that way, in a lot of pictures!.

Maybe the ancient Greeks were aware enough of that phenomenon, that it became a bit of information that Alexander knew!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
