Dictatorships are among the least humane of all systems of government, yet if one looks at Lenin and Stalin in Russia, Hitler in Germany and Franco in Spain, Jiang Jie-shi and Mao Zedong in China - those individuals undoubtedly made very significant changes in their own respective countries that many throughout the world can still see today!.

Judging by the way others write when they give their answers here, there are also those who cannot even change their own poor history of "answers" - due to the lack of complete sentences, spelling and grammatical errors, and complete lack of thought regarding the questions asked!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
