The Mayan calender simply ends in 2012 although the 11:11 thing is not something the Mayans had anything to do with, that time never meant anything until LED clocks became popular!. Chances are the reason the Mayans stopped the calender when they did is because the Spanish were invading and it made more sense to the Mayans to fight for their existence rather than continue to add to their calender!. They were of course defeated and never were able to keep up with the work on their calender!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
