Stalin - by a very long way!.

He was a very good student, edited Pravda, and wrote some very erudite articles on Marxist theories!.

It depends on how you look at it!. Stalin was probably the most educated although Hitler was brilliant when it came to propaganda and making believe his lies!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
