1!.) we interfered with ARVN policies until we left, and their hands were tied!.

2!.) South Koreans had the US fully committed the whole time!. US was pulling out by 75!.

3!.) VC were south Vietnamese!. In Korea, most koreans living in the south were not communist, and their wasn't a hugely significant population of them living in the south that was!. This was because the South Korean government was not as hated as the South Vietnamese government was!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
