What do you think would have changed!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Nothing, because he would still invade Russia in the winter!. Change that, and you change history!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Let us assume (to avoid further smart-a** answers about lack of fuel) that Napoleaon also had unlimited supply of able pilots, fuel and ammunition!.

What would it have changed then!? Still not very much, I think!. He could have flown bombing raid after bombing raid against England, but this is not how you win wars!. It is something like a law in warfare that you cannot win with (non-nuclear) bombs alone!. The Allies reduced large parts of Germany to rubble in 1944-1945 with forces much greater than Napoleon's single plane, and still the decisive battles were fought on the ground!. In the Iraq war, the US air force technologically outclassed the Iraqi by decades, and still they had to invade with ground forces!. Etcetera!.

At the end of his rule, Napoleon simply had too many problems on the ground!. Where would he have sent his plane!? To bomb London once more!? To bomb mountains in Spain where insurgents were hiding!? To bomb the conquered Austria and Prussia which were preparing to rise against him!? To fly sorties against the Russian army that chased the starved remnants of his Great Army through the frozen wastelands!? All of these choices would have caused fatalities, of course, but none wold have changed the course of war!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I will read "!.!.!.had a B-52" as meaning that Napoleon had the capacity to bomb others as if he had one(1) B-52 with crew and runway and bombs (conventional) etc!.

Napoleon would have killed a lot of people with his B-52!.

As an earlier answerer said, French would be a more widely-spoken language!.

But, maybe, the crew of Napoleon's B-52 might have accidentally destroyed it by flying it in a dangerous way!. There is a video on youtube of a B-52 being flown right into the ground in a practice session for an air show!.

If that happened early on enough, it wouldn't have mattered if Napoleon had had a B-52!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

You ever play Civilization IV!?

Ahem;

"!.!.!.you would have a ship sail against the wind, and against the current by lighting a bonfire under her deck!? I have no time for such nonsense!.!.!."

- Napoleon Bonaparte, when the inventor of the steam ship offered him his invention for a cheap price because at first no one in England would listen to him!.

The point of the quote!? Napoleon was too arrogant to exploit the steam ship as a weapon and its a good thing he didn't, at least, far as the anglosphere is concerned, because had he taken advantage of it we'd all be speaking French!. He was too arrogant to be open to the idea of the steam ship do you think he would have used a B-52 I mean come on!.!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Very little in terms of the end result!.

1!. Warfare was fought closeup!. If he's tried an "arc light" he'd have have likely bombed his own forces!.

2!. B-52's bomb at altitude!. Absent satellite technology and a host of skills (ability to navigate higher than 30,000 feet), it would have been random!. And the idea of him bombing London is laughable--this was a day and age where despite lots of brutality, officers were supposed to be gentlemen and it was frowned upon to even target officers in combat!.

3!. Everyone knows how vulnerable B-52's are to interceptors and Wellington's F-22 and Blucher's F-18 would have knocked it out of the air quickly!.

4!. Napoleon was a bit of a luddite!. He probably would have insisted on using it only to fly Josephine to Rome for a candle-lite dinner or perhaps to tie his horses to!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Not many people know this!.!.!.!. and I don't know if I should be telling you this!.!.!.!. But Napoleon DID have a B-52!!! Really!. It came through a time worm hole from 1967 back to Napoleon - and the figures from 1967 still list is as "missing"!.

Anyway, Napoleon kept it in a warehouse in Paris for a long time - He didn't have any jet fuel, and I don't think he even knew it was an airplane!. He'd go sit in it something and just think!.

So probably changed the whole history of world - what do you think!?!?!?!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

What if Hitler had been born a girl!?
What if Alexander the Great had tripped over a cliff when he was 10!?
What if Trotsky had been murdered by anti-semitic Russians before the he joined the Bolsheviks!?

What if you hadn't asked a pointless question!?!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

If nobody knew how to fly it then it wouldn't have made a difference, but if Eleanor Roosevelt could fly then that would have changed history!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
