Mine is Anne Boleyn :) Serious answers please:) thanks!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker:
Definitely Anne Boleyn!. She may not have been a saint, but I admire her for her ambition and determination: she had a goal, and she wouldn't give up until she reached it!. In an age where men ruled all and women were basically bargaining pawns, Anne was definitely bold to try and change the rules!. Oh, and last but not least--I've gotten all of my flirting tips from her :)Www@QuestionHome@Com

I have things about each of the wife that I really like!.

1 - Catherine of Aragon was a true queen to the core!. I love the fact that she stood her ground, especially in a day where she could have been easily executed!.

2 - Anne Boelyn was a b*tch!. She is my least favorite queen but she did have guts!. What I find amazing about her is more to do with the fact that she went through all the trouble she did only to be executed - but her plan still worked her and daughter became the most famous, and quite possibly the best queen England ever had!.

3 - Jane Seymour was a beut!. Literally, a lot of people love her!. She also provided the only son!. Too bad her died so young!.

4 - Anne of Cleves was by far the smartest wife!. She knew how to back down but also took advantage of her situation to push herself up in society!.

5 - Catherine Howard is my favorite queen!. I think she was executed unfairly, unlike her cousin Anne!.

6 - Catherine Parr!. This queen knew how to play the game!. She outlived everyone!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Actually, I always had a soft spot for Anne of Cleves!. Poor thing, she ended up getting sold to one of the biggest lechers in Christendom, and one that is known to off a wife if she doesn't toe the line!. She was from a small, unassuming court, and ended up with a fat, smelly, loud-mouthed, and unappealing husband, who was unable to consummate their marriage!. They were only married about six months, and she was quite happy to agree to an annullment!. Of them all, she was probably the smartest one -- she took the money and ran! She lived happily in England for another 17 years in her own castle, expense paid, and outlived Henry by 10 years!. She even stayed on good terms with Henry, often having dinner with him and Catherine Howard!. She even ramained on good terms with Henry's children, and even left her jewels to Elizabeth when she died!.

She was a survivor -- I like that!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

My favorite is Anne Boleyn!. I know that most people strongly favor EITHER Katherine of Aragon OR Anne Boleyn, and I am part of the "most"!. I know that Anne was wrong to treat Henry VIII's daughter Mary the way she did and did some bad things in her life, but she had guts, ambition, and a strong mind, which are some things that I admire in a person!.
My other favorite is Katherine Parr since she brought all three of Henry VIII's children together and gave them the first true "home" that they probably ever had!. I always found it a great sadness thatt she rushed so quickly to marry Thomas Seymour and had to suffer to see him flirt with Elizabeth in her bedroom, only to die of childbirth!.
As for the other four wives, I also like Katherine Howard and Anne of Cleves to some great degree, but not nearly as much as Anne or Katherine Parr!. I feel a certain bias for Katherine Howard, since she was only in her teens when she married Henry and never truly near right from wrong, but I do feel like she was rather silly most of the time!. And as for Anne of Cleves, I do admire her that she was wise enough to keep her head!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Oh, Anne of Cleves!. That girl, I suspect, knew what she was doing!. She kept her head and avoided having to sleep with the gross pig!.

The real reason he insulted her was because she wouldn't flirt with him shamelessly when he first came to her "in disguise"!. She forcefully rejected his unwelcome advances, thinking he was some lower noble, and it embarrassed him, who still imagined he was young and irresistible!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Katherine of Aragon!. She was queen for more than ten years and in every aspect she was an extraordinary woman!. She was the perfect wife for Henry but he wanted a male heir which is why he had their marriage annulled!. He treated her cruelly after that!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I would agree and say Anne Boleyn!. I always have admired her for her tenacity!. I always thinks it's ironic that her daughter elizabeth ran the counry for so long!. I always think that Anne really did have the last laugh!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Anne Boleyn -especially knowing how she privately ditched that looser to go for her brother!.

I also, liked Catherine Howard as well -for her obsessive naiveness and materialistic side!.

(My opinions are based on the novel "The Boleyn Inheritance")Www@QuestionHome@Com

I've always felt mostly connected to Anne Boleyn, however Katherine Parr seemed to have a pretty good personality-- something that I can't say about Anne, she was very temperamental!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Jane Seymour, who was gracious enough to die after childbirth and accommidate Henry and then Catherine Howard - the other one that was beheaded!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I've always avoided having anything to do with the wives of Henry VIII!. Those that did, usually found themselves without a head!Www@QuestionHome@Com
