Question: What was the "glory" sought for in the American revolution!?
Best Answer - Chosen by Asker:
Americans were treated as "less than" those in Great Britian!. Parliament passed taxes against the colonies that one in Great Britian would never have to worry about!. The American Revolution was a fight for glory and the ability to govern themselves and to say that 'we are no longer just a bunch of small colonies of uneducated farmers and laborers that will be controled, without representation!.'Www@QuestionHome@Com

It means honor or great distinction, an achievement of great reknown!. Here it meant to free themselves and then exercise self-rule
