Question: The founder of egyptians civilization was African, black! The humanity first greatest civilization was BLACK!!?
Sorry world, but it is about time people agree with the fact that the black men were the first founder of the egyptians civilization!. While doing research on the matter in the 19th century, europeans scientist could not believe the facts that Africans, the same people they were exporting as slaves were actually the founder of the first world civilization and had dominated the world for 3000 years! It is not a matter of be emotional or for political and historical revenge; rather scientific fact that have been and are currently been accepted by the mainstream science after 200 year of cover up!. The first man was born in Africa, upper egypt was in the southern part of egypt and lower in the north!!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Thanks for the history lesson!.
No one cares that you just now realized this!.
And the Egyptians would have been more Arab in color if you care so much!. The Africans would have had a hard time moving from jungle to desert as opposed to the Arabian people who already ruled the desert and found prime territory in Egypt!.

(I know Egypt is in Africa but he's talking about the black Africa not the dessert Africa)
No offense to anyone!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

This again!? There were many races in Egypt, and the Nubians did NOT marry in until the middle of the Ptolemy dynasty!. If you have seen the mummies of many of the Pharoahs in the museum in Cairo, you would see for yourself (I've been there, seen the mummies and it's obvious when the Nubians married in)!.

The Egyptian delta was not the site of any black African presence--more of the Mediterranean melting pot including Phoenicians (not black), Assyrians (not black), Greeks (not black) and others who were not black!. There may have been some trade, but that came later!.

PS The Egyptians certainly didn't "dominate the world" for 3,000 years!. They did have impressive achievements, though!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

The funny thing about all this controversy is that the direct descendants of Ancient Egyptians are still around!. They are the Copts, the Christian population of Egypt!. Muslim marriage laws mean that the Copts have not had any influx of Arab blood since the Arab conquest in 641!. So just take a look at one (an example is Boutros Ghali, the former Egyptian Foreign Minister and Secretary-General of the UN), and what you can see will decide you whether the Ancient Egyptians were black or not!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

egyptions werent the first civilisation, it was mesopotamia! this is the land between the river tigris and river euphrates, which is now in modern iraq!. they created the first writing system, and conquered the first empire!.

they're middle-eastern, so they weren't black, they were brown!. the egyptians were also brown, not black [see source]!. but i get your point!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

African society would be far better off it it were not for the mess European colonialists left there!.

also, Egypt was not the first 'Great' civilization!.

By the way, nationalism (which you are full of, though I can't blame you) is the poison of the masses!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

and good Africans are cable smart people but have you been to east Africa were human life began i have for two years and they are not helping change any stereotypes sorry!.!.!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Sigh!. If you want people to respect what you say and your intellect, you need to do your own research not driven solely by Afrocentric dreams of glory!. As appealing as your vision is (and how oft repeated for years--I'm surprised you just heard it), it's a combination of truth and half-truth and unsubstantiated dreams and falsehoods!. Yes, it's true the first humans were almost certainly black, and they evolved in Africa, and Africa has therefore the oldest human cultures in existence; the oldest languages; and the most genetic diversity!. As for ancient Egyptian civilization: the people there certainly African, but they were neither black nor white, but rather Egyptian!. When we say "white" today, we think northern Europeans, who look quite different from people living in Egypt!. When we say "black" today, we think of sub-Saharan Africans, who look quite different from people living in Egypt!. In other words, the categories of people we have established, such as black and white, do not conform to the way humans actually exist and are found in the world!. There is variation throughout, and, if you're talking about color, then you'll see there's a continuum of color, with the lightest skin to the farthest northern regions of Europe, and the darkest in sub-Saharan Africa!. Egyptians fall somewhere in the middle there!. They're African, but not "black" in the way the term is conventionally defined!. So we don't really have a quick way to categorize them, except to say that they looked like the way the people there look!. We've got paintings, and statuary from ancient Egypt that show their appearance!. Europeans never had a hard time believing that Egyptian civilization was a great one, though you're right that Europeans tended to picture Egyptians as white!. Equally of note, Europeans really found it quite difficult to see dark-skinned Africans as possessing great art and complex civilizations!. But they did!. Much of these have been destroyed, though their art still exists to be admired throughout the world!. The focus on the greatness of Egyptian civilization and arguments to attempt to convince people that the Egyptians were "black", when their own art shows us they were not, ends up making people who make these arguments seem flaky!. And it draws attention away from the great civilizations that WERE comprised of "black" peoples, but which are now destroyed!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
