He has to know successful tactics and strategy!.
He has to know all about the terrain he is fighting on!.
He has to command the respect and trust of his troops!.
He has to be aggressive!.
He has to be able to make decisions knowing he is sending men to their death and it can't influence his decisions!.
He has to be decisive, not second guess his decisions!.
He has to know his enemy!. Location, troop strength, their weapons, are there reinforcements coming, etc!.
Most need to be able to convince " allies " to join him!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
