When you say "German soldiers every directly invade the US" you're probably thinking of Wehrmacht forces landing on our shores!. Actually, U-Boats torpedoed numerous boats (British and US) in US coastal waters--by international law (and US law) that would be considered an invasion!.

Yes, they sent spies (we captured most of them them)!. There are actually instances of German POWs who escaped from Canada and came to the USA (before we had entered the war) and one of them (a Luftwaffe fighter pilot) actually managed to get all the way back to Germany to fly again (where he died in the air)!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

the United States didn't enter the war till 1941 when Japan destroyed our navy in Pearl Harbor, yet it took years for us to invade mainland Europe!. Germany never stood a foot in American soil, although Japan did!. German spies were everywhere in the United States and around the world, from hookers, to beautiful president sex tools that our government likes to hide!. Since their was already a giant German population in the US it was hard to tell the German-Americans to the German spies!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

No german soldiers in the USA but some spies!.
You have to remember that in the middle of the 20th century one third of Americans were of German descentWww@QuestionHome@Com

Spies were landed off of U-boats!. They were captured rather quickly!. Here is a good link about it!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

they probably sent spies but they never "invaded" the USWww@QuestionHome@Com
