Sapho- Only notable female ancient Greek poet!. Her poetry is amazing!. And our definition of lesbian comes from her home island Lesbos, she is the frist notable lesbian!. Joan D'Arc- A young girl lead a completely demoralized army to defeat a seemingly unstoppable English Army!. Only to be a heroic martyr!. Isabella of Castile- Won the Reconquista, united Spain, Started Spanish Inquasition, discovered and subdued the New World!.!.all done under her reign!. Elisabeth I of England- I hate to admit it!. First sole Queen in England, Defeated Spanish Armada, Patronised Shakespeare, brought England to Glory!. but not Cleopatra- She was vassel queen of an allready subdued Egypt!.
