Question: How many non-german and non-russian survived the battle of Stalingrad!? Romanian, Italian, Hungarian !.!.!.!?
Hello,

yes i do know, 91000 soldiers went to into soviet pow and only 6000 germans got home, some after years in pow!. But what about the romanians, itallians, hungarians and even croatians soliders!? Were there any survivors!? How many and when do they returnedhome!?

"On 2 February 1943, the resistance of Axis troops in Stalingrad ceased!. Out of the 91,000 prisoners taken by the Soviets, only 3,000 were Romanian"

The Germans had thousands of "Hiwis" or anti Communist Russians, Tartars and Ukranians fighting for them too!.
