You need to grab the readers interest!. Why not describe a scene!. Use the five senses!. Tell the reader not only what you see in the opening scene, but what the sounds sound like, what smells did the soldiers smell, what where they tasting!? what tangible item can be felt and described!? Use plenty of adjectives!. You can do it if you close your eyes and imagine it!. Good luck!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
