So the main qustion why they are doing that!? Well it's all about money and power!!!
You know how much money they are getting from promoting the name Macedonia all over the world!?!?!? Do you know how much money they are puting in propaganda and false campaigns!?!?!? Do you know how much money they gived to some macedonians politicians like Kiro Gligorov, Denko Malevski just to say that Macedonians are not Macedonians!?!?!?

Historical Macedonia is considered to be the realm of Philip II, father of Alexander the Great (4th century BC), only 10 percent is currently in southwestern FYROM around Monastir, Bitola and toward the Ohrid lakes!.

(President Gruevski is today the leader of the modern VMRO) the organization funded by Bulgarians during the late Ottoman years, before the creation of any borders in the region in order to create a different country no matter the ethnicity or language!. as u know Alexander the great was Macedonian and he was the only one who dare to attack us(Persian) and beat us

It's a question of nationalism and pride*!. The Greeks are trying to say that anyone from the Ionian Peninsula is Greek, but you (and historians) know that this isn't true!.

just for your information,the people for FYROM are Slavic origin,and Slavs came to Balkan area at 700AC (almost a millenium after Alexander the great!.
so as you can see is impossible to be related with the ancient Macedonians)
