This dated from the end of WWI and the Ottoman Empire!. Before it was a backwater province of the Empire!.Www@QuestionHome@Com That land was a British colony!. The British seized it from the Turks in WWI, & the Turks took it from the Mamluks in the 1500s!. Before them, it was ruled by Saladin's descendants!. The ancient land of Palestine was inhabited & ruled by different people along its long history!. & it's sacred to Jews, Christians, & Muslims!.Www@QuestionHome@Com it was palestine!.
