I would have to say hands down Adolf Hitler!. He ethnically cleansed millions of Jewish people, displaced or murdered untold numbers of all races in the neighboring countries of Europe!. All for the Purification of the Arian Race!. All people that were not have blond hair and blue eyes with proof of Arian [German] ancestry was killed!.
