We all know the Royal Library of Alexandria in Alexandria, Egypt, was once the largest library in the ancient world!. And it burned forevermore!. The suspected culprits have been discussed over and over like:
1 Julius Caesar's conquest in 48 BC;
2 The attack of Aurelian in the Third century AD;
3 The decree of Theophilus in 391 AD;
4 The Muslim conquest in 642 AD or thereafter
but this is not the question here!.
Here is my question: Who would be capable to destroy our knowledge today by burning everything!? I know this is rhetoric !.!.!. but lets assume possible!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
